Tarik Bateh has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment, development, operations, and law as an intermediary, principal, and attorney encompassing over $3 billion in capital transactions across all major property types including multifamily, retail, hospitality, office, industrial, land, and mixed-use.
Tarik’s experience includes nearly a decade with JLL Capital Markets where he advised institutional, public, and private owners on joint venture and preferred equity raises, debt and structured finance, investment sales, and strategic consulting projects throughout Florida and nationally.
Jennifer Swanson has over seven years of diverse experience in nearly all sectors of real estate investment, finance, brokerage, and research. She has underwritten and closed nearly $900 million in transactions across all major property types with an emphasis on multifamily and retail.
Jennifer spent four years with JLL Capital Markets, where she led a team which researched, underwrote, and marketed properties for equity and debt financings, investment sales, and strategic consulting projects for institutional, public, and private clients.

on behalf of a private developer, arranged preferred equity from a public REIT and senior construction debt from an insurance company for the development of a 384-unit luxury apartment community in Orlando, Florida with a total capitalization exceeding $81,000,000.
on behalf of a national developer and foreign pension fund, advised on the recapitalization of a 700,000 SF mixed-use regional community shopping center and 175-key premium-branded, select-service hotel in Oahu, Hawaii with a total capitalization exceeding $300,000,000.
on behalf of a private operator, arranged senior interim debt from a debt fund for the acquisition and repositioning of a nearly 500,000 SF Class A office tower in Jacksonville, Florida with a total capitalization exceeding $79,000,000.
